Chloride leaching

Four agitated tanks in cascade. Leach kinetics, reagent qualification and head-grade programs are run here, at bench, pilot and modular scale.

Solid–liquid separation

Counter-current decantation and filter-press dewatering. Residue is washed, characterised and stabilised; the pregnant leach solution goes forward.

Mixer-settler stages for extraction, scrubbing and stripping, with IX polishing. Rare-earth and critical-metal separations are validated stage by stage.

Acid regeneration

Spent chloride liquor is decomposed to metal oxide while the hydrochloric acid is recovered, absorbed and pumped straight back to the leach. Minimal effluent. Closed loop.
